Want to make sure you have a proper oral hygiene routine?
Follow these steps:

Remove food debris and plaque bacteria between teeth using floss

Use a tongue cleaner to remove bacteria from your tongue

Place a pea-sized amount of fluoridated toothpaste on your brush

Divide your mouth into 4 sections (top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right)

Brush each section for at least 30 seconds, for a total of no less than 2 minutes

Spit out the toothpaste but DO NOT rinse with water
-
Swish mouthrinse for 30 seconds and spit out, again DO NOT rinse with water

Admire your freshly cleaned mouth in the mirror! (optional)
