Want to make sure you have a proper oral hygiene routine? 
Follow these steps:

  1. Remove food debris and plaque bacteria between teeth using floss







     

  2. Use a tongue cleaner to remove bacteria from your tongue

  3. Place a pea-sized amount of fluoridated toothpaste on your brush





     

  4. Divide your mouth into 4 sections (top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right)

  5. Brush each section for at least 30 seconds, for a total of no less than 2 minutes

  6. Spit out the toothpaste but DO NOT rinse with water

  7. Swish mouthrinse for 30 seconds and spit out, again DO NOT rinse with water





     

  8. Admire your freshly cleaned mouth in the mirror! (optional)
